Shipping for all SØMLØS products is always free via DHL express home delivery.

Delivery
Any goods that are damaged or lost during transport will be the sellers responsibility. As a customer you must report immediately to support@somlos.com if you have incurred any injuries while using our products. We also recommend that you remove the outer packaging and inspect your goods upon receiving. Notification for damages or missed delivery must be reported to SØMLØS at support@somlos.com within a reasonable time. This so we can fix your problem right away and for us to be able to provide you the most sufficient and seamless customer experience.

Customers are obligated to provide their correct shipping/ delivery address and phone number before checkout. SØMLØS reserves the right to charge up to $35.00 for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect information. This also applies to returns. These fees are charged separately via invoice, or alternatively acknowledged by card and direct payment.

 

Return

Return information
You have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your purchases. It is always a good idea to keep the original packaging until you decided if you want to keep the items or not.

**Important to know**
- You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to a different handling of the goods, than that which is necessary to determine their nature, properties and function.   If the product is used (during the right of withdrawal period) and this has led to a reduction in the value of the item, we will will make a deduction in the purchase price corresponding to the item's objectively reduced value, before the rest of the purchase price and shipping to the customer is refunded.

If item bought is damaged under delivery or broken due to faults or defects, the seller will cover all expenses related to replacing the product. This also includes shipping.

Here´s how to return / request exchange in the easiest possible way:

1) Fill out the return form
- If reason for return / complaint is applicable, we will order pickup for return for you, as well as provide you with all necessary instructions, documents and shipping labels. 
2) Follow instructions sent to you by email
- Someone from DHL Express will pickup your goods for return
3) Normally you will receive a new item within 10 days after return

*Remember that; as a customer you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged during the transport back to us during a return/complain due to bad/ poorly wrapping of the item.
(If item is damaged or missed in every other case, we will take the full responsibility)

If you still have the original packaging that was used for delivery of the product, we recommend using this for the return as well. If you no longer have this, consider that the product may be subject to shock during transportation. Therefore, please use an outer packaging of a cushioning material between the product itself and the product package.

For Return of damaged goods/items, SØMLØS reserves the right to deduct a depreciation fee set by professionals at the service center. The fee will be set off from the sales value. A depreciation fee amounting  between 15 - 75% of the item's original selling price depending on the damage of the returned goods. Remember, you may open the packaging and examine the product. But beware, if you’re too rigorous in your examination or if you damage the product, you may not get a full refund or keep the right of return.  It is always a good idea to keep the original packaging until you decided if  you want to keep the item or not. If the packaging is missing or no longer available , this diminishes the sales value of the item.

The effects of using the right of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay all cases no later than 14 days after the day we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In all cases, you will not be charged a fee as a result of the refund. We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us that you would withdraw from the agreement. The product is sent back to us with all accessories, labels and in the original packaging, together with the right of withdrawal form. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods due to a different handling of the goods than that which is necessary to determine their nature, properties and function. If the product is used (during the right of withdrawal period) and this has led to a reduction in the value of the item, we will will make a deduction in the purchase price corresponding to the item's objectively reduced value, before the rest of the purchase price and shipping to the customer is refunded. Documentation of unjustified and unnecessary examination of the product that results in a reduction in value will be sent to the consumer by email.



Warranty

We offer 2 years warranty on all products. If any problems please contact our support by email, and we will help you out. 
*Your right of complain will vary according to the laws of your region

If any defects not related to fault of use, your unit will be picked up by DHL Express and shipped out to our service center free of charge.

*Note all robotic products require service after 2 years of use or 200 hours dependent, on what what occurs first. Contact our support center to order a service.
